Ma'thurat Global ("the app", "we") is a free reading companion for the morning and evening adhkar and Hisnul Muslim supplications. This policy explains what data the app handles and the choices you have. You can use the entire app as a guest — signing in is optional.
Account information (only if you sign in): when you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and basic Google profile information so we can create your account and sync your progress.
Reading activity: if you are signed in, your reading sessions, streaks, and points are stored so they sync across your devices and can appear on the optional scoreboard.
On-device data: your preferences (theme, fonts, language, reminders) and your guest reading progress are stored only on your device and are not sent to us.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or advertising identifiers. The app contains no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
To create and maintain your account; to sync your reading progress, streaks, and points across devices; to display your name (or "Anonymous", if you enable Ghost Mode) on the optional scoreboard; and to send the daily reminder notifications you opt into (scheduled locally on your device).
Account and progress data for signed-in users is stored securely with Supabase, our backend provider, acting as our data processor. Google is used solely to authenticate your sign-in. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from inside the app: open the Stats tab and choose "Delete Account". This immediately and permanently removes your account and all associated server data (profile, reading sessions, streaks, and points).
Alternatively, you may request deletion by emailing circlehira@gmail.com from the address associated with your account; we will delete your data within 30 days. Uninstalling the app removes all on-device data. Guest data never leaves your device.
We keep your account data only while your account exists. When you delete your account, the data is removed promptly and is not recoverable.
The app is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner requiring parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage. Data in transit is protected with HTTPS. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, within the app.
